RETURN & REFUND POLICY
MUSSEL MEMORY strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes, a return may be necessary. Below is our policy, please read carefully should you ever have to initiate any return with us.
Cancellations & change address
In order to ship your order as soon as possible, we prepare and pack as soon as possible after your placement. Hence, we would only accept any cancellation or change in address within 1 hour after your order placement. If you must cancel or change address, you will be required to return the item to us following the below return policy. We are so sorry for any inconvenience.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at postcard@mussel-memory.com within 30 days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Defect products
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, however accidents can always happen. If you receive a defect product, please contact us immediately at postcard@mussel-memory.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
To avoid any dispute, customers are encouraged to include description, photographs, and video of the damage, preferably during the opening of the shipping envelop/box. We will access the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
