  • Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
    An order could only be cancelled before its shipment. Once the parcel is shipped, the order is irreversible and cannot be cancelled.
  • What if the item I received is damaged?
    For this situation, please kindly reach us postcard@mussel-memory.com with the related order number and the pictures or unpacking video of the related products within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
  • What shipping options are available?
    We only provide standard shipping.
  • How long will it take for my order?
    Shipping countries and destination delivery estimate: - The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg 2 - 3 working days - United States, Canada 6 - 8 working days - United Kingdom 3 - 4 working days - Australia 6 - 11 working days Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed which can take 1 - 2 working days. Please take order processing time into consideration before placing your order. Shipping might be delayed due to abnormal weather, flight delays, any emergency of shipment place & delivery destination, and other force majeure factors, or any other circumstances that cannot be fully controlled by MUSSEL MEMORY.
  • Can I see how much shipping will cost before I confirm my order?
    When you add items to the cart, the system will calculate the shipping fees automatically. You will see the shipping fees directly on the check out page.
  • When will my order be shipped out?
    Confirmed orders usually process within 1 working days to be shipped out. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive the notification information through email.
